One of my top 3 favorite albums of the year. Its not very often and artist brand new to you can have such a profound impact on you. I can't even count how many times I've listened to this album since I stumbled upon it. Haunting, soothing, and deeply moving at the same time, this album truly relates the feeling of loosing a connection with someone or something you love, better than a lot of albums I've heard that have tried to. My first time listening to Wil Bolton. Night Paths is a great ambient album, just like the rest of the Hidden Vibes "series". Highly recommended. ajatuslapsi

...Yet beyond crafting four distinct atmospheres, it's the evolution of each piece, the change in seasonal sound, that makes Sallaw such an excellent piece of story-telling. Rather than shown the imagery upfront, the listener is instead guided, and left with space to explore on their own. The ability of the trio's minimal musical writing to evoke such a coherent subject is made all the more impressive by the subtlety with which it is achieved.

Beautiful, carefully constructed ambient reflection on decay and loss from Portland producer Graintable; each track has its own life cycle. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 23, 2019
